Annex II: List referred to in Article 20 of the Act of Accession- 1.
Any vessel replaced or added must appear on the list referred to in Article 2.

The EEC number shall be obtained from the EINECS or from the list referred to in Article 21(1).

And in particular Annex II thereto:‘List referred to in Article 20 of the Act of Accession', point 6A(26), as adapted by Council Decision 2004/281/EC(OJ L 93, 30.3.2004, p. 1).
The Agency shall include the medicinal products concerned in the list referred to in Article 23 of Regulation(EC) No 726/2004.
They shall require that the name and the address of the representative established within the Community appears opposite the name andthe address of the manufacturer on the register and on the list referred to in Article 8.
This information shall be extracted from the list referred to in Article 6 of Regulation(EC) No 1042/2006.
Additives as referred to in Article 2(aaaa) which meet the conditions laid down in Article 3a shall be authorized andincluded in Chapter III of the list referred to in Article 9t(b).

For medicinal products included on the list referred to in Article 23 of Regulation(EC) No 726/2004, the following additional statement shall be included“This newly authorised medicinal product is subject to extended monitoring.
Where, on the basis of scientific advice or of a request from the Member States concerned,the Commission considers that the list referred to in Article 2 needs to be adjusted, the Commission may submit a proposal for the amendment of that list. .
For medicinal products included on the list referred to in Article 23 of Regulation(EC) No 726/2004, the following additional statement shall be included“This medicinal product is under intensive monitoring. All suspected adverse reactions should be reported to name and web-address of the national competent authority.”.
(b) shall be replaced by authorizations linked to the person responsible for putting them into circulation for a period of 10 years through the adoption of a regulation taking effect no later than1 October 2003 and included in Chapter I of the list referred to in Article 9t(b).
Member States shall prescribe that the ingredients included on the list referred to in Article 10(b) may be declared as such only under the names specified therein and on condition that they correspond to the descriptions and comply with any possible minimum compositional requirements contained therein.
For the purposes of this Directive:(a)"pesticide residues" shall mean residues of the pesticides and of their metabolites, and breakdown or reaction products,included in the list referred to in Article 1, which are present in or on the products referred to in the said Article; .
