The Basic Courts.

He noted that there were some good aspects even in relation to the reform of judiciary itself that was criticized a lot,namely the fact that media litigations in the first instance were under the jurisdiction of municipal or basic courts, not the higher courts. That means that media cases in Belgrade get to one out of six judges, which facilitates training of judges in this area.
