Article 10 Tariff element'active energy' is the total active energy supplied to system users annual y.
The tariff element"reactive energy" is total reactive energy that is delivered to transmission system users annual y.
Article 24 Two tariff rates are established for the tariff element'reactive power': 1'reactive energy'; 2'excessively taken reactive energy'.
