Statement on origin in the case of cumulation.
The goods are not the same as those mentioned in the statement on origin;
The statement on origin is not made out in accordance with Annex 22-07;
Have received a reply according to which theexporter was not entitled to make out the statement on origin;
A statement on origin may also be made out after exportation(‘retrospective statement') of the products concerned.
