The countries of the Western Balkans, in accordance with the general principles and general termsand conditions laid down in the framework agreements concluded with these countries for their participation in Community programmes;

(kkk) Turkey and the candidate countries of Central and Eastern Europe benefiting from a pre-accessionstrategy, in accordance with the general principles and general terms and conditions for the participation of these countries in Community programmes established in the respective Framework Agreement and Association Council Decisions;
(b) countries covered by the European Neighbourhood Policy, in accordance with the general principles and general terms and conditions for the participation of those countries in Union programmes established in the respective framework agreements and association Council decisions, or similar agreements, and in accordance with the specific conditions laid down in agreements between the Union and those countries, provided that those countries have reached a sufficient level of approximation of the relevant legislation and administrative methods to those of the Union;
Candidate countries for which a pre-accession strategy has been established,in accordance with the general principles and general termsand conditions laid down in the framework agreements concluded with these countries with a view to their participation in EU programmes: Croatia, Turkey.
The candidate countries which have a pre-accession strategy, in accordance with the general principles and general termsand conditions laid down in the framework agreements concluded with these countries for their participation in Community programmes;
Candidate countries benefiting from a pre-accession strategy, in accordance with the general principles and general terms and conditions for the participation of these countries in Community programmes established in the respective Framework Agreement and Association Council Decisions;
(b) the candidatecountries benefiting from a pre-accession strategy, in accordance with the general principles and general terms and conditions laid down in the framework agreements concluded with these countries for their participation in Community programmes;
