IV/WP.76.
Having completed a review of draft article 17 bis,the Working Group turned its attention to the newly revised draft of article 17 of the Model Law regarding the power of an arbitral tribunal to grant interim measures of protection contained in A/CN.9/WG. II/WP.128 in the following terms.
After discussion, the Working Group requested the Secretariat to prepare a revised draft of article 1 taking into account the above deliberations and decisions.

The deliberations and conclusions of the Working Group, including its consideration of various draft provisions, are set forth below in chapters III and IV. The Secretariat was requested to prepare,on the basis of those conclusions, a revised draft of articles 23 to 32, the provisions contained in the annex to the draft Convention and draft articles 1 to 14(1), as well as of the other provisions of the draft Convention.
With regard to the issue of interim measures of protection, revised drafts of Article 17 of the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration were considered at the thirty-seventh session of the Working Group(Vienna, 711 October, 2002) A/CN.9/523.
