And those who launch a charge against chaste women, and produce not four witnesses(to support their allegations)- Flog them with eighty stripes; and reject their evidence ever after: for such men are wicked transgressors"(Quran 24:4).
اور جو پارسا عورتوں کو عیب لگائیں پھر چار(۴) گواہ معائنہ کے نہ لائیں تو انہیں اسّی(۸۰) کوڑے لگاؤ اور ان کی گواہی کبھی نہ مانو(ف۹) اور وہی فاسق ہیں

As for those persons who charge chaste women with false accusations but do not produce four witnesses, flog them with eighty stripes and never accept their evidence afterwards, for they themselves are transgressors.
اور جو لوگ پاک دامن عورتوں پر زنا کی تہمت لگاتے ہیں اور چار گواہ فراہم نہیں کرتے ہیں انہیں اسیّ کوڑے لگاؤ اور پھر کبھی ان کی گواہی قبول نہ کرنا کہ یہ لوگ سراسر فاسق ہیں

And those who calumniate chaste women but bring not four witnesses- flog them with eighty stripes, and never admit their evidence thereafter, and it is they that are the transgressors, Except those who repent thereafter and make amends, for truly Allah is Most Forgiving, Merciful.
اور جو پارسا عورتوں کو عیب لگائیں پھر چار گواہ معائنہ کے نہ لائیں تو انہیں اسّی کوڑے لگاؤ اور ان کی کوئی گواہی کبھی نہ مانو اور وہی فاسق ہیں۔ مگر جو اس کے بعد توبہ کرلیں اور سنور جائیں تو بیشک اللہ بخشنے والا مہربان ہے

(3) And those who culminate chaste woman but bring not four witnesses- flog them with eighty stripes, and do not admit their evidence ever after, for it is they that are the transgression,(4) Except those who repent thereafter and make amends, for truly ALLAH is Most forgiving, Merciful.
اور جو پاکدامن عورتوں پر تہمت لگائیں پھر چار گواہ نہ لائیں تو انہیں اَسّی کوڑے لگاؤ اور ان کی گواہی کبھی نہ مانو اور وہی فاسق ہیں۔ مگر جو اس کے بعد توبہ کرلیں اور اپنی اصلاح کرلیں تو بیشک اللہ بخشنے والا مہربان ہے
