اور ہم جو رسول بھیجتے ہیں، سو خوشی اور ڈر سنانے کو

And naught hinderedeth Us from sending the signs except that the ancients belied them. And We vouchsafed unto Thamud a she-camel as an illumination,but they did her wrong. And We send not the signs save to frighten.

اور ہم ایسی نشانیاں بھیجنے سے یوں ہی باز رہے کہ انہیں اگلوں نے جھٹلایا اور ہم نے ثمود کو ناقہ دیا آنکھیں کھولنے کو توانہوں نے اس پر ظلم کیا اور ہم ایسی نشانیاں نہیں بھیجتے مگر ڈرانے کو

And We send not the messengers except as bringers of good tidings and warners.

اور ہم جو رسول بھیجتے ہیں، نہیں مگر خوشی اور ڈر سنانے کو

And nothing has prevented Us from sending signs except that the former peoples denied them. And We gave Thamud the she-camel as a visible sign,but they wronged her. And We send not the signs except as a warning.

اور ہم نے اس لیےمعجزات بھیجنے موقوف کر دیےکہ پہلوں نے انہیں جھٹلایا تھا اور ہم نے ثمود کو اونٹنی کا کھلا ہوا معجزہ دیا تھا پھر بھی انہوںنے اس پر ظلم کیا اور یہ معجزات تو ہم محض ڈرانے کے لیے بھیجتے ہیں

(54) We send not our messengers, but to bear good tidings, and to denounce threats.

ہم تو اپنےرسولوں کو صرف اس لئے بھیجتے ہیں کہ وہ خوشخبریاں سنا دیں اورڈرادیں

ہمیں نشانات(معجزات) کے نازل کرنے سے روک صرف اسی کی ہے کہ اگلے لوگ انہیں جھٹلا چکے ہیں۔ ہم نے ﺛمودیوں کو بطور بصیرت کے اونٹنی دی لیکنانہوں نے اس پر ﻇلم کیا ہم تو لوگوں کو دھمکانے کے لئے ہی نشانیاں بھیجتے ہیں

And We send not apostles but as announcers of good news and givers of warning, then whoever believes and acts aright, they shall have no fear, nor shall they grieve.

اور ہم نہیں بھیجتے رسولوں کو مگر خوشی اور ڈر سناتے تو جو ایمان لائے اور سنورے ان کو نہ کچھ اندیشہ نہ کچھ غم

اور ہم نہیں بھیجتے رسولوں کو مگر خوشی اور ڈر سناتے تو جو ایمان لائے اور سنورے ان کو نہ کچھ اندیشہ نہ کچھ غم

اور ہم نہیں بھیجتے رسولوں کو مگر خوشی اور ڈر سناتے تو جو ایمان لائے اور سنورے ان کو نہ کچھ اندیشہ نہ کچھ غم

اور ہم پیغبروں کو صرف اس لیے بھیجا کرتے ہیں کہ وہ بشارت دیں اور ڈرائیں پھر جو شخص ایمان لے آوے اور اپنی اصلاح کر لے سو ان پر کوئی ڈر نہ ہوگا اور نہ وہ غم کھائيں گے

And We send not the Envoys, but good tidings to bear, and warning. Yet do the unbelievers dispute with falsehood, that they may rebut thereby the truth. They have taken My signs, and what they are warned of.

اور ہم رسولوں کو نہیں بھیجتے مگر خوشی ڈر سنانے والے اور جو کافر ہیں وہ باطل کے ساتھ جھگڑتے ہیں کہ اس سے حق کو ہٹادیں اور انہوں نے میری آیتوں کی اور جو ڈر انہیں سناتے گئے تھے

رسولوں کو ہم اس کام کے سوا اور کسی غرض کے لیے نہیں بھیجتے کہ وہ بشارت اور تنبیہ کی خدمت انجام دے دیں مگر کافروں کا حال یہ ہے کہ وہ باطل کے ہتھیار لے کر حق کو نیچا دکھانے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں اور انہوں نے میری آیات کو اور اُن تنبیہات کو جو انہیں کی گئیں مذاق بنا لیا ہے

رسولوں کو ہم اس کام کے سوا اور کسی غرض کے لیے نہیں بھیجتے کہ وہ بشارت اور تنبیہ کی خدمت انجام دے دیں مگر کافروں کا حال یہ ہے کہ وہ باطل کے ہتھیار لے کر حق کو نیچا دکھانے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں اور انہوں نے میری آیات کو اور اُن تنبیہات کو جو انہیں کی گئیں مذاق بنا لیا ہے

And they treat My Ayat(proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.), and that with which they are warned, as jest and mockery!
