Key provisions of the Framework Decision.
This Article is one of the key provisions of the Framework Decision.
It assesses the extent to which Member States have implemented all provisions of the Framework Decision.
Below are some details on the implementation of four key provisions of the Framework Decision as reported by the Member States in response to the Commission's request of 9 December 2010.
