He said that the meeting had an important role in the preparatory process of the Belgrade Conference,as it would not only conduct an in-depth review of the draft report on pan-European environmental assessment( Belgrade Assessment) but also prepare other contributions on monitoring and assessment to the Belgrade Conference, namely the three sets of guidelines for environmental monitoring and reporting.
