Even on"Kentron" and"Yerkir Media", where"Prosperous Armenia" and ARF-Dashnaktsutyun had a large advantage compared to RPA in terms of airtime allocation, short reports referring to public appearances of the President and the Prime-Minister in their official capacity,made the Republicans leaders in terms of frequency of references to this party.
In terms of frequency of references, however, the leader is the Republican Party of Armenia(RPA), which according to the amount of airtime received(volume of coverage) lags behind both"Barev, Yerevan"/"Heritage" and"Prosperous Armenia.
However, during the second ten-day period of March, it was ahead of all other channels, except"Kentron", in terms of the volume of"internal political airtime" andwas the third in terms of frequency of references to parties, staying a little behind the Public Radio, which was the second according to this indicator.
Their leadership, both in terms of frequency of references and amount of airtime, was apparent in all media studied, with the exception of the Second Armenian TV Channel and"Shant", where in terms of airtime Serzh Sargsian was followed respectively by the leader of"Liberty" party Hrant Bagratian and Vardan Sedrakian, who introduced himself as specialist in epic poetry.
Even though First Channel of PTA,"Armenia","Yerkir Media", Second Armenian TV Channel raised the frequency of references to political parties, the volume of airtime, allocated on these channels to internal political processes, dropped compared to the previous ten-day period of March.
In terms of frequency of reference to parties/bloc during the pre-election promotion the most balanced, after the PTA First Channel, was"Shant.
In terms of frequency of reference the first here was the Republican Party of Armenia(67), the last- the Labor Socialist Party of Armenia 15.
The following are secretariat-wide performance indicators: the level of satisfaction of Parties with the work of the secretariat;the percentage of mandates completed and on time; the frequency of reference to the UNFCCC process in the media; and the utilization rate of core and supplementary funds.
