Decides also that, for Member States that have not fulfilled their financial obligations to the Force, their share of the surplus balance of 1,071,000 dollars for the period from 1 December 1994 to 30 November 1995 and of the interest income of 1,671,000 dollars for the period from 1 December 1994 to 30 November 1995 shall be set off against their outstanding obligations; .
Also decides that, taking into account the provision inparagraph 20 of its resolution 67/272, for Member States that have not fulfilled their financial obligations to the Force, there shall be set off against their outstanding obligations their respective additional share of the unencumbered balance and other income in the amount of 12,284 dollars in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2012, in accordance with the scheme set out in paragraph 22 above;
Expresses its appreciation to the countries which have fulfilled their obligations or part thereof towards supporting the AU forces; and calls on the Member States that have not yet paid up their financial contributions under the relevant General Secretariat resolutions to do so.
