His delegation shared the Advisory Committee's concern that the report of the Secretary-General had not addressed important aspects of reform such as accountability, delegation of authority, the activities of the committees on contracts, procurement for field missions and proposals to improve efficiency,all of which would have to wait until the comprehensive report of the Secretary-General on procurement governance was submitted at the second part of the resumed sixty-second session.
