I refer to our letter dated 18 January 1998 providing details of violations and acts of aggression carried out by United States and other States' aircraft and naval vessels during the period 1 July to 31 December 1997.

Upon instructions from my Government and further to our letter dated 9 February 1999, I have the honour to draw your attention to new violations of the flight information region of Nicosia and of the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus by military aircraft of the Turkish Air Force, recorded on 11 February 1999.

Upon instructions from my Government, and further to our letter dated 27 July 1998(A/52/996-S/1998/696), I have the honour to draw your attention to new violations of the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus and of the flight information region of Nicosia by military aircraft of the Turkish Air Force, recorded today, 4 August 1998.
In follow-up to our letter dated 24 January 2007, Israel, the occupying Power, has stepped up its illegal actions, especially in Occupied East Jerusalem, which aim to intensify expansionist policy for the colonization and Judaization of Arab Jerusalem, with the support of fanatic Jewish settler groups.

Upon instructions from my Government and further to our letter dated 13 January 1999(A/53/798-S/1999/57), I have the honour to draw your attention to new violations of the flight information region(FIR) of Nicosia and of the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus by military aircraft of the Turkish Air Force, recorded on 4 and 8 February 1999, respectively.
Upon instructions from my Government and further to our letter dated 30 June 1999, I have the honour to draw your attention to new violations of the flight information region(FIR) of Nicosia and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus by military aircraft of the Turkish Air Force, recorded on 16 June 1999 as well as on 2, 12, 13, 15, 16, 19, 20, 21, and 22 July 1999.
Further to our letter dated 28 June 2001(S/2001/649, annex), I should like to inform you that United States and British warplanes committed 256 violations of Iraq's international boundaries from Kuwait and by way of the demilitarized zone monitored by the United Nations Iraq-Kuwait Observation Mission(UNIKOM) in the period from 23 June to 6 July 2001.
Further to our letter dated 10 May 2001(S/2001/475, annex), I should like to inform you that United States and British warplanes committed 200 violations of Iraq's international boundaries from Kuwait by way of the demilitarized zone monitored by the United Nations Iraq-Kuwait Observation Mission(UNIKOM) in the period from 28 April to 25 May 2001.
Upon instructions from my Government and further to our letter dated 8 March 2000, I have the honour to draw your attention to new violations of the flight information region of Nicosia and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus by military aircraft of the Turkish Air Force, recorded on 7 to 10, 21 to 23 and 27 March and 4 to 6, 9, 10, 12, 14, 17, 18 and 25 April 2000.
I refer to our letter dated 23 July 1998(S/1998/689, annex), in which we communicated to you the comments of the Government of Iraq on the poor performance of the United Nations agencies in implementing those parts of the procurement and distribution plans for phases I, II and III that related to the country's three northern governorates, namely Irbil, Dohuk and Sulaymaniyah.
