Ця ситуація чудово демонструє, що для ефективної роботи Judges, including retired judges being members of the Working Group, have managed to include a very specific provision in the Concept on the removal from the transitional provisions of the Law“On Judicial System and Status of Judges”, which gives the right to judges for life long retirement compensation, calculated on the basis of high pay implemented by this lawonly after they have worked for three years following the qualification assessment.
Судді, включаючи суддів у відставці,- члени робочої групи добилися надто конкретного для Концепції запису про вилучення з перехідних положень Закону«Про судоустрій і статус суддів», який дає право розраховувати суддям на довічне грошове забезпечення у відставці, розраховане, виходячи з високого розміру зарплати, впровадженого цим законом, лише після того,як вони пропрацюють три роки після успішного проходження кваліфікаційного оцінювання.
