Complaints committee The persons referred to in Article 3.

The provisions of this chapter are without prejudice to  the criminal-law liability which the persons referred to in Article 64 may incur as provided in  the applicable national law and in  the provisions in  force on the protection of the European Communities' financial interests and on the fight against corruption involving officials of the European Communities or officials of Member States.
Member States may, in  accordance with the provisions of this Section, apply special arrangements for taxation of the profit margin made by an organiser of a sale by public auction in  respect of the supply of second-hand goods, works of art, collectors' items or antiques by that organiser,acting in  his own name and on behalf of the persons referred to in Article 334, pursuant to  a contract under which commission is payable on the sale of those goods by public auction.
Economic operator' means a manufacturer, an authorised representative, an importer,a distributor or the person referred to in Article 22(1) and Article  22(3);
No person referred to in Article 11 shall comply, whether directly or through a subsidiary or other intermediary person,  actively or by deliberate omission, with any requirement or prohibition, including requests of foreign courts, based on or resulting, directly or indirectly, from the laws specified in  the Annex or from actions based thereon or resulting therefrom.
