Uses, for the  benefit of people with a disability, which are directly related to the  disability and of a non-commercial nature,to the  extent required by the  specific disability, without prejudice to the obligations of Member States under Directive(EU) 2017/1564 of the  European Parliament and of the  Council(*1);
Directive 93/38/EEC is hereby repealed, without prejudice to the obligations of the  Member States concerning the  time limits for transposition into national law set out in Annex XXV.
Framework Decision 2001/220/JHA is hereby replaced in relation to  Member States participating in the  adoption of this Directive, without prejudice to the obligations of the  Member States relating to the  time limits for transposition into national law.

Directive 96/92/EC shall be repealed from 1 July 2004 without prejudice to the obligations of Member States concerning the  deadlines for transposition and application of the  said Directive.
Directive 73/23/EEC is hereby repealed without prejudice to the obligations of the  Member States relating to the  time-limits for transposition into national law and application of the  Directives set out in Annex V, Part B.

This applies without prejudice to the obligation of registrants to  update their registrations without undue delay in accordance with Article 22(1) REACH.
Without prejudice to the obligation to  lodge a customs declaration in accordance with Article 158(1) of the  Code or a re-export declaration in accordance with Article 270(1) of the  Code, the  lodging of a pre-departure declaration shall be waived for the  following goods.
Without prejudice to the obligation to  implement a permit procedure pursuant to  this Directive, Member States may prescribe certain requirements for certain categories of installations in general binding rules instead of including them in individual permit conditions, provided that an integrated approach and an equivalent high level of environmental protection as a whole are ensured.
Without prejudice to the obligation to  comply with the  time limits under this Regulation, if the  time-limit for the  comprehensive decision is not observed, the  single competent authority shall immediately inform the  Commission, and where appropriate, the  European Coordinator concerned about the  measures taken or to  be taken to  conclude the  permit granting procedure with the  least possible delay.
Without prejudice to the obligation to  provide other information in accordance with point(a) of Article 12 of Directive 95/46/EC, the  data subject shall have the  right to  obtain communication of the  data relating to  him/her recorded in the  central database and of the  Member State which transmitted them to the  Central Unit.
Without prejudice to the obligation to  comply with the  time limits under this Regulation,the  Commission shall be kept informed about proceedings and if the  time-limit for the  comprehensive decision is not observed, the  competent authority shall immediately inform the  European Coordinator and the  Commission concerned about the  measures taken or to  be taken to  conclude the  permit granting procedure with the  least possible delay.
