A statutory auditor oran audit firm should be able to provide non-audit services  which are not prohibited under this Regulation, if the provision of those services has been approved in advance by the audit committee and if the statutory auditor or the audit firm has satisfied itself that provision of those services does not pose a threat to the independence of  the statutory auditor or the audit firm that cannot be reduced to an acceptable level by the application of  safeguards.
Whether the provider of  online intermediation services  has access to personal data or other data, or both, which business users orconsumers provide for the use of those services  or which are generated through the provision of those services, and if so, to which categories of  such data and under what conditions;
In the absence of  binding harmonisation provisions adopted at European Union level, only the acknowledgement of  the binding nature of  the national law to which the legislature has decided to make the service  providers and their services  subject can guarantee the full effect of  the free provision of those services.
The Commission shall, in close cooperation with the Member States, encourage providers of  online intermediation services  as well as organisations and associations representing them to, individually or jointly, set up one or more organisations providing mediation services  which meet the requirements specified in Article 12(2),for the specific purpose of  facilitating the out-of-court settlement of  disputes with business users arising in relation to the provision of those services, taking particular account of  the cross-border nature of  online intermediation services. .
If the roaming customer does not respond as prompted in the notification received, the roaming provider shall immediately cease to provide and to charge the roaming customer for regulated data roaming services,  unless anduntil the roaming customer requests the continued or renewed provision of those services.
In line with the obligations under the United Nations Convention on the Rights of  Persons with Disabilities, approved by Council Decision 2010/48/EC(8), in particular Article 9 of  the Convention, persons with disabilities should be able to use trust services  andend-user products used in the provision of those services on an equal basis with other consumers.
In light of  the particular characteristics of  electronically supplied services,  other than services  the main feature of  which is the provision of  access to and use of  copyright protected works or other protected subject matter, it is appropriate to apply theprohibition of  Article 4(1)(b) only from a later date with respect to the provision of those services.
Providers of  online intermediation services  shall include in their terms and conditions a description of  the technical and contractual access, or absence thereof, of  business users to any personal data or other data, or both, which business users or consumers provide for theuse of  the online intermediation services  concerned or which are generated through the provision of those services.
They do not operate or control the translation services,  and they do not review,endorse or approve the provisions of those services and is not responsible for them.
Consumer banking services,  the websites, the mobile device-based banking services,  self-service terminals, including payment terminals andAutomatic Teller machines used for provision of those banking services shall comply with the requirements set out in Section VI of  Annex I.
