(b) in the territory  of one Member State to a service consumer of  another.
The owner of  the Community design has the right to use it not only on the territory of one member state of  the European Union, but also on the territory of  the whole union.
Whereas within the territory of one Member State there may be a multitude of  separate decentralised databases at federal, regional and local level, with different data inputs in different systems and complex procedures- or none at all- for the sharing or checking of  the data by the relevant authorities at the different levels;

(8a) In some cases projects realised on the territory of one Member State have a substantial cross-border impact and create value which exceeds national borders, by enhancing cross-border connectivity on the seaside, or by enhancing the connectivity with the wider hinterland economy beyond national borders.
Illicit trafficking' means the import, export, sale, delivery, movement or transfer of  firearms, their parts andessential components or ammunition from or across the territory of one Member State to that of  a third country, if any of  the following applies.
If the verification orinvestigation is carried out on the territory of one Member State by a competent authority of  the same Member State,  the competent authority of  the Member State  which has requested cooperation may request that its own officials accompany the officials carrying out the verification or investigation.

It might prove appropriate, for reasons of  cost-effectiveness, to exempt for a limited period of  time train drivers operating exclusively on the territory  of one Member State from application of  the provisions of  this Directive pertaining to the obligation for such drivers to hold licences and harmonised complementary certificates in conformity with this Directive.
(a) a person employed in the territory of one Member State shall be subject to the legislation of  that State  even if he resides in the territory of  another Member State  or if the registered office or place of  business of  the undertaking or individual employing him is situated in the territory of  another Member State; .
For the purposes of  this Directive,“illicit trafficking” shall mean the acquisition, sale, delivery, movement or transfer of  firearms,their parts or ammunition from or across the territory of one Member State to that of  another Member State  if any one of  the Member States  concerned does not authorise it in accordance with the terms of  this Directive or if the assembled firearms are not marked in accordance with Article 4(1).';
(d) a worker who is employed in the territory  of one Member State by an undertaking which has its registered office or place of  business in the territory of another Member State  and which straddles the common frontier of these States shall be subject to the legislation of  the Member State  in whose territory  the undertaking has its registered office or place of  business.
Illicit trafficking” shall mean the acquisition, sale, delivery, movement or transfer of  firearms,their parts or ammunition from or across the territory of one Member State to that of  another Member State  if any one of  the Member States  concerned does not authorise it in accordance with the terms of  this Directive or if the assembled firearms are not marked in accordance with Article 4(1).';
Illicit trafficking” means the acquisition, sale, delivery, movement or transfer of  firearms,their essential components or ammunition from or through the territory of one Member State to that of  another Member State  if any one of  the Member States  concerned does not authorise it in accordance with this Directive or if the firearms, essential components or ammunition are not marked in accordance with Article 4;
Illicit trafficking” means the acquisition, sale, delivery, movement or transfer of  firearms,their essential components or ammunition from or through the territory of one Member State to that of  another Member State  if any one of  the Member States  concerned does not authorise it in accordance with this Directive or if the firearms, essential components or ammunition are not marked in accordance with Article 4;
Multi-territorial licence” means a licence which covers the territory of more than one Member State;
Territory of a Member State, or passing across the territory of one or more Member. .
If the pipeline is located in the territory of more than one member state, it shall consult the other member states  before granting such a derogation.
(a) common rules applicable to international transport effected from or to the territory of  a Member State or crossing the territory of one or more Member States;

It may exceptionally be valid for the territory of more than one Member State, subject to the consent of  each such Member State. .
Member States shall ensure that a river basin covering the territory of more than one Member State is designated as an intergovernmental river basin district.
In particular, the common rules provided for in Article 91(1)(a) TFEU are applicable to‘international transport to or from the territory of  a Member State, or passing across the territory of one or more Member States'.
(vi) International relationships- where a river basin district covers the territory of more than one Member State or includes the territory of  non-Member States,  a summary is required of  the institutional relationships established in order to ensure coordination.
