The MDCG shall have the tasks laid down in Article 105 of this Regulation and Article 99 of Regulation(EU) 2017/746.
Notwithstanding Article 5(a) of this Regulation and Article 7 of the Sozialgesetzbuch VI(Volume VI of the Social Code), a person who is compulsorily insured in another Member State or receives an old-age pension under the legislation of another Member State may join the voluntary insurance scheme in Germany.
The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 16 of this Regulation and Article 18 of Regulation(EU) No 1380/2013 regarding the following measures.
An identification of the parts of the application and any other supplementary information that the applicant requests to be treated as confidential,accompanied by verifiable justification, pursuant to Article 30 of this Regulation and Article 39 of Regulation(EC) No 178/2002;';
Investigations referred to in Article 23 of this Regulation and Article 32 of Directive 2006/43/EC arising from that quality assurance system or from a referral by another authority; and. .
For demersal stocks of Groups 1-7, the Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 18 of this Regulation and Article 18 of Regulation(EU) No 1380/2013 concerning.
The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 18 of this Regulation and Article 18 of Regulation(EU) No 1380/2013 in order to supplement this Regulation regarding the following technical measures, insofar as they are not covered by Regulation(EU) 2019/….
Where the T2L or T2LF is used only for a part of the goods upon their first presentation,a new proof shall be established for the remaining part of the goods in accordance with Article 200 of this Regulation and Article 123 of Delegated Regulation(EU) 2015/2446.
The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 16 of this Regulation and Article 18 of Regulation(EU) No 1380/2013 in order to supplement this Regulation regarding the following technical measures.
(b) retrieve and import the visa related data directly from the VIS in order toupdate the EES record in the event that a visa is annulled, revoked or extended in accordance with Article 17 of this Regulation and Articles 13, 14 and 18a of Regulation(EC) No 767/2008;
The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 15 of this Regulation and Article 18 of Regulation(EU) No 1380/2013 in order to supplement this Regulation regarding the following technical measures.
Where it is necessary to enter or update the entry/exit record data of a visa holder, the border authorities may retrieve from the VIS and import into the EES the data provided for in points(c) to(f)of Article 16(2) of this Regulation in accordance with Article 8 of this Regulation and Article 18a of Regulation(EC) No 767/2008.
The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 18 of this Regulation and Article 18 of Regulation(EU) No 1380/2013 supplementing this Regulation by establishing the following technical conservation measures.
That cooperation shall aim at avoiding any form of duplicative or inconsistent action between the competent authority and the designated authority, as well as ensuring that the interaction with other measures,in particular measures taken under Article 458 of this Regulation and Article 133 of Directive 2013/36/EU, is duly taken into account.
The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 15 of this Regulation and Article 18 of Regulation(EU) No 1380/2013 in order to supplement this Regulation regarding the following technical measures for fisheries exploiting demersal stocks in Western Waters.
Member States shall ensure that all risks relating to security of electricity supply are assessed in accordance with the rules set out in this Regulation and Article 18 of the Electricity Regulation[proposed Electricity Regulation]. .
The Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 13 of this Regulation and Article 18 of Regulation(EU) No 1380/2013 in order to set limits regarding the total capacity of the fleets of the Member States concerned so as to facilitate achievement of the objectives set out in Article 3.
Evidence that the conditions laid down in Article 208(1) of the Code are fulfilled may be provided in accordance with theprovisions of Articles 213, 214 and 215 of this Regulation and Articles 130, 131, 132 and 133 of Delegated Regulation(EU) 2015/2446, as appropriate.
The Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 13 of this Regulation and Article 18 of Regulation(EU) No 1380/2013 in order to set limits regarding the total capacity of the fleets of the Member States concerned so as to facilitate achievement of the objectives set out in Article 3.
When scientific advice indicates that additional action is required to ensure that any of the fisheries to which this Regulation applies ismanaged in accordance with Article 3 of this Regulation, the Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 18 of this Regulation and Article 18 of Regulation(EU) No 1380/2013.
Such declarations of expenditure shall comprise the values and amounts determined in accordance with Articles 17 and 18 of this Regulation and Article 4 of Commission Delegated Regulation(EU) No 906/2014( 1) entered in the accounts by paying agencies during the month following that to which the operations relate.
Notwithstanding Article 5(a) of this Regulation and Article 34 of Law 1140/1981, a person who receives a pension in respect of accidents at work or occupational diseases under the legislation of another Member State may request to be compulsorily insured under the legislation applied by OGA, to the extent that he/she pursues an activity falling within the scope of that legislation.
The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 15 of this Regulation and Article 18 of Regulation(EU) No 1380/2013 concerning.
The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 32 of this Regulation and Article 18 of Regulation(EU) No 1380/2013, supplementing this Regulation by defining pilot projects that develop a system of full documentation of catches and discards based on measurable targets and objectives, for the purpose of a results-based management of fisheries.
The statutory auditor or the audit firm may continue to carry out the statutory audit of the public-interest entity only if he, she or it can justify,in accordance with Article 6 of this Regulation and Article 22b of Directive 2006/43/EC, that such provision of services does not affect his, her or its professional judgement and the audit report.
Member States may render the use of the particulars referred to in Articles 49, 50, 52, 53 and 55 of this Regulation and Article 13 of Implementing Regulation(EU) 2019/34 compulsory, prohibited or limited for grapevine products bearing a protected designation of origin or geographical indication produced on their territory, by introducing conditions stricter than those laid down in this Chapter through the corresponding product specifications of those grapevine products.
(e)‘application for an extension of the duration' means an application for an extension of the duration of the certificate pursuant to Article 13(3) of this Regulation and Article 36 of Regulation(EC) No 1901/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2006 on medicinal products for paediatric use(5).
The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 18 of this Regulation and Article 18 of Regulation(EU) No 1380/2013 in order to amend the list of stocks in Group 1, as set out in the first paragraph of this point and in Annexes I and II to this Regulation, in accordance with the best available scientific advice.
In order totake into account regional specificities of the relevant fisheries, the Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 29 of this Regulation and Article 18 of Regulation(EU) No 1380/2013 in order to amend, supplement, repeal or derogate from the technical measures set out in the Annexes referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article, including when implementing the landing obligation in the context of Article 15(5) and(6) of Regulation(EU) No 1380/2013.
The adjustments shall result from the application of paragraph 2 of this Article and Article 58 of this Regulation and of Article 3 of Regulation(EC) No 320/2006.
