Article 108 The Agency shall not, for the duration of the exclusivity period, grant licenses for public telecommunications services for which exclusive rights were granted before the coming into force of this Law.
Agencija ne} e izdavati dozvole za javne telekomunikacione usluge za koje su, pre stupawa na snagu ovog zakona, ve} dodeqena ekskluzivna( iskqu~iva) prava, dok traje period ekskluziviteta.

The provision from paragraph 3 of this Article shall also apply to the persons, which start providing public telecommunications services in the period between coming into force of this Law and the date it is applicable.
Odredba stava 3. ovog ~lana primewuje se i na lica koja otpo~nu sa pru' awem javne telekomunikacione usluge u periodu od stupawa na snagu ovog zakona do po~etka wegove primene.

Provisions under Article 61of this Law shall be applied to the irregularities determined by decisions in the procedures of tax audits issued from the date of entry into force of this Law.
Odredbe člana 61. ovog zakona, primenjivaće se na nepravilnosti utvrđene rešenjem u postupcima poreskih kontrola donetih od dana stupanja na snagu ovog zakona.
