Damaging of the radio station broadcasting equipment definitely constitutes an act of restricting of freedom of public information.
It is prohibited to restrict in any way freedom of public information so as to restrict the free flow of ideas,information and opinions.
The incident in question amounted to violation of free access to information of public importance,as well as restricting freedom of public information and hindering free flow of information. .
According to the Law on Public Information, no one may restrict freedom of public information or exert any kind of pressure on public media and the staff thereof, so as to obstruct their work.

Under the Law on Public Information, public information shall be free and in the interest of the public, free from censorship;it is prohibited to restrict freedom of public information in any manner conducive to restricting the free flow of ideas,information and opinions.
The Public Information Act prohibits any, including indirect,restrictions to the freedom of public information,"particularly by the abuse of state or private authority"(article 2), or the abuse of rights, or in any other manner apt to restrict the free flow of ideas, information and opinions.
