После става 2. додаје се нови став 3,који гласи:" Професионалном војном лицу коме је министар одбране одобрио рад у структурама међународне организације или регионалне иницијативе, на основу- 6- конкурса или понуда тих организација или иницијатива, припадају плата и другенакнаде из става 2. овог члана уколико нису уређени уговором закљученим самеђународном организацијом или регионалном иницијативом.
