На првим изборима за председника Републике који буду одржани према овом закону право гласа имају они грађани Републике Србије који су уписани у бирачке спискове према мерилима која су коришћена за изборе за народне посланике који су одржани 21. јануара 2007. године.

The Director-General, with the approval of the Chair and the Minister for Foreign Affairs may assign employees of the Agency to serve as liaison officers to Embassies of Bosnia and Herzegovina abroad, when necessary for the fulfillment of the responsibilities of the Agency pursuant to this Law.
Генерални директор може, уз одобрење предсједавајућег и министра вањских послова, распоредити запослене у Агенцији да служе као официри за везу у амбасадама Босне и Херцеговине у иностранству, када то буде потребно ради испуњавања дужности Агенције у складу са овим законом.

Article 12 The Business Register Agency shall classify, up to the date of entry into force of this Law, all units registered in the Business Register within three months following the date of prescription of the Classification, according to principal activity pursuant to this Law, and publish this information on the Website of the Business Register Agency, without adopting a special act.
Све јединице регистроване у Регистру привредних субјеката до дана ступања на снагу овог закона разврстаће Агенција за привредне регистре, уроку од три месеца од дана прописивања Класификације, и то према претежнојделатности у складу са овим законом, и објавиће тај податак на интернетстраници Агенције за привредне регистре, без доношења посебног акта.

Indirect discrimination, pursuant to this law, shall be recognized, in case an apparently neutral provision, criterion or practice puts or would put a person seeking employment or employee in a less favorable situation than other persons, due to a certain quality, status, belief or position of such person referred to in Article 18 of this law..
Посредна дискриминација, у смислу овог закона, постоји када одређена наизглед неутрална одредба, критеријум или пракса ставља или би ставила у неповољнији положај у односу на друга лица- лице које тражи запослење, као и запосленог, због одређеног својства, статуса, опредељења или уверења из члана 18. овог закона..

The body responsible for statistics shall classify, up to the date of entry into force of this Law, all units registered with other specialised registers as well as units for which registration is not required within three months following the date of prescription of the Classification, according to principal activity and pursuant to this Law, and publish this information on the Website of the body responsible for statistics.
Све јединице регистроване у другим посебним регистрима до дана ступања на снагу овог закона, као и јединице за које не постоји обавезарегистрације, орган надлежан за послове статистике разврстаће премапретежној делатности у складу са овим законом, и то у року од три месеца оддана прописивања Класификације, и објавиће тај податак на интернет странициоргана надлежног за послове статистике. Indirect discrimination, pursuant to this law, shall be recognized, in case an apparently neutral provision, criterion or practice puts or would put a person seeking employment or employee in a less favorable situation than other persons, due to a certain quality, status, belief or position of such person referred to in Article 18 of this law..
Posredna diskriminacija, u smislu ovog zakona, postoji kada određena naizgled neutralna odredba, kriterijum ili praksa stavlja ili bi stavila u nepovoljniji položaj u odnosu na druga lica- lice koje traži zaposlenje, kao i zaposlenog, zbog određenog svojstva, statusa, opredeljenja ili uverenja iz člana 18. ovog zakona.“.

The provision of Article 10(2/1) of the Law stipulates that restrictive agreements may be contracts, certain contract provisions, express or tacit agreements, concerted practices, as well as decisions of associations of undertakings, which in particular, directly or indirectly, set the purchase or selling prices or other conditions of trade, while the 2 provision contained in Article 10(3) regulates that restrictive agreements are prohibited and void, except in cases of exemption from the prohibition pursuant to this Law.
Одредбом става 2. тачка 1 истог члана Закона прописано је да рестриктивни споразуми могу бити уговори, поједине одредбе уговора, изричити или прећутни договори, усаглашене праксе, као и одлуке облика удруживања учесника на тржишту, а којима се нарочито непосредно или посредно утврђују куповне или продајне цене или други услови трговине, а одредбом става 3. прописано је да су рестриктивни споразуми забрањени и ништави, осим у случајевима изузећа од забране у складу са овим законом.

Pursuant to this Law, upon settling all tax and other liabilities in Serbia, a foreign investor may transfer abroad the funds related to the investment, such as: income, assets following the dissolution of the company, amounts obtained from the sale of stakes or shares in the company capital, amounts based on share capital reduction, amounts based on additional payments, etc.
Страни улагач, сагласно овом закону, има право да након измирења свихпореских и других обавеза у РС слободно преноси у иностранство средства увези са улагањем, као што су: приходи, имовина после гашења привредногдруштва, износи од продаје удела или акција у капиталу привредног друштва, износи од смањења основног капитала, износи од допунских уплата и сл.

Reports for statistical purposes shall be deemed delivered on the date of the receipt thereof by the Agency, pursuant to the Law, this Rulebook and Technical Instructions.
Извештаји за статистичке потребе се сматрају достављени њиховим пријемом у Агенцији у складу са Законом, овим правилником и Техничким упутством.

All submitted notifications, requests, information, evidences, correspondence, and decisions of the Commission related to the submitted requests, shall constitute a part of the case file and have the status of confidential data pursuant to the Law and this Guidelines, pending publication of information pursuant to Article 38, Paragraph 2 of the Law..
Све поднете пријаве, захтеви, информације, докази, преписка и одлуке Комисије по поднетим захтевима чине саставни део списа предмета и имају статус поверљивих података у складу са Законом и овим смерницама, све до издавања обавештења у складу са чланом 38. став 2. Закона..

Should the Reporting Entity fail to comply with the notice referred to in para 1. herein, it shall be deemed that the reports for statistical purposes were not delivered, pursuant to the Law and this Rulebook.
Ако обвезник не поступи по обавештењу из става 1. овог члана, сматра се да извештаји за статистичке потребе нису достављени у складу са Законом и овим правилником.

The bridge bank and/or asset management company shall submit to the agency competent for keeping the business registers a registration notice on any changes requiring consent of the NBS pursuant to the Law and this Decision, while submitting pertinent evidence to the NBS.
Банка за посебне намене, односно друштво за управљање имовином дужни су да агенцији надлежној за вођење привредног регистра поднесу регистрациону пријаву о свим променама за које је потребна сагласност Народне банке Србије у складу са Законом и овом одлуком, као и да доказе о томе доставе Народној банци Србије.
