There's no logic in Commissioner' implementing the law and bringing 100, 200 or 10.000 decisions which would order the authorities to do something. The Commissioner needs to act more in educational sphere, to interpret the law, to solve only exceptional and problematic situations, while the authorities need to grant access to information of importance to citizens and media", said Sabic.
Nema nikakve logike u tome da poverenik primenjuje zakon i donosi 100, 200 ili 10. 000 rešenja koja će organima nešto nalagati, logika je da poverenik što više deluje u edukativnoj sferi, u sferi tumačenja prava, da rešava samo izuzetne, ekscesne situacije, a da organi vlasti građanima i medijima u što većoj meri dozvoljavaju pristup informacijama od javnog značaja", kaže Šabić.

Радили смо надзор над институцијама које се баве трансфузијом крви и тада смо затекли невероватну ситуацију да су се подаци даваоца, попут: коју врсту сексуалних односа упражњавате, имате ли хепатитис, да ли сте користили дрогу, чували на отвореним полицама иза врата закључаних обичним кључем без икаквог видео надзора, контроле, бележења ко им приступа", рекао је Шабић.
