A State Party may, by written communication addressed to the Director-General,propose amendments to this Convention.
Each State Party shall encourage States not party to this Convention to ratify, accept, approve or accede to this Convention, with the goal of attracting the adherence of all States to this Convention.
The International Labour Conference may, at any session at which the matter is included in its agenda, adopt by a two-thirds majority a revised text of any one ormore of the Annexes to this Convention.
According to the ICSID Convention,“Each Contracting State shall recognize an award rendered pursuant to this Convention as binding and enforce the pecuniary obligations imposed by that award within its territories as if it were a final judgment of a court in that State.”.
The Secretary-General of the United Nations shall be notified of the language or languages acceptable to each State Party at the time it deposits its instrument of ratification, acceptance orapproval of or accession to this Convention.
The text of any amendment so recommended shall be communicated by the Secretary General of the Council to all Contracting Parties to this Convention, to the other signatory States and to those States Members of the Council that are not Contracting Parties to this Convention.
The Committee of Ministers shall consider the proposed amendment and the opinion submitted by the European Committee on Crime Problems(CDPC) and,following consultation of the non-member State Parties to this Convention, may adopt the amendment.
A State Party to this Convention may at any time declare that it recognizes the competence of the Committee to receive and consider communications in which a State Party claims that another State Party is not fulfilling its obligations under this Convention. .
The Secretary-General of the United Nations shall be notified of the central authority designated for this purpose at the time each State Party deposits its instrument of ratification, acceptance orapproval of or accession to this Convention.

(c) A Federal State Party to this Convention shall, at the request of any other Contracting Party transmitted through the Secretary-General, supply a statement of the law and practice of the Federation and its constituent units in regard to any particular provision of the Convention, showing the extent to which effect has been given to that provision by legislative or other action.
In the event that any State submits a reservation to any of the articles of this Convention at the time of ratification oraccession, the Secretary‑General shall communicate the text of the reservation to all States which are Parties to this Convention, and to the other States referred to in article 13.
The meeting brought together representatives of 47 European countries, signatories to this Convention, to discuss priority issues, such as the management and sustainable use of aquatic ecosystems, to review the results of Ramsar Convention implementation, to determine the strategic priorities in the future, possible solutions for the wise use of ecosystem services of wetlands in the long term and other topics.
After the entry into force of this Convention, the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe, after consulting with and obtaining the unanimous consent of the Parties to the Convention, may invite any State which is not a member of the Council of Europe andwhich has not participated in its elaboration to accede to this convention.
The provisions of this Convention shall extend or be applicable equally to all non-self-governing, trust or other territories for the international relations of which a Contracting Party is responsible, unless the latter,on ratifying or acceding to this Convention, has given notice that the Convention shall not apply to any one or more of such territories.
In addition, previous results were presented, as well as the challenges the Republic of Serbia is facing while striving to complete clearance of the remaining mined area within the granted five-year extended deadline(2019) in order to protect its population, but also aiming to increase global human security,thus showing full commitment of the Republic Serbia to this Convention.
Requests shall be made in writing or, where possible, by any means capable of producing a written record, in a language acceptable to the requestedState Party, under conditions allowing that State Party to establish authenticity. The Secretary-General of the United Nations shall be notified of the languageor languages acceptable to each State Party at the time it deposits its instrumentof ratification, acceptance orapproval of or accession to this Convention.
