A payment service provider that makes instant credit transfers as the payer's payment service provider shall, upon submitting the payment order in the manner determined by the payment service agreement, determine without delay whether conditions have been fulfilled for the receipt of the payment order and its execution in accordance with the law governing payment services(hereinafter: Law).

Правна лица и предузетници не морају доставити документ из става 1. одредба под 5 ове тачке ако банка и корисник платних услуга уговоре другачији начин провере аутентичности подносиоца платног налога, односно давања сагласности за извршење платне трансакције.
Legal persons and entrepreneurs shall not be required to submit the document referred to in paragraph 1, item 5 hereof if a bank and a payment service user have agreed on a different method of verifying the identity of the payment order submitter or of granting consent to the execution of a payment transaction.

Ако нису испуњени услови из става 1. ове тачке, платиочев пружалац платних услуга одбија извршење платиочевог платног налога и одмах обавештава платиоца о томе, на начин утврђен уговором о платним услугама, као и, ако је могуће, о разлозима тог одбијања и 4 поступку за исправку грешака које су узрок одбијања, осим ако то обавештавање није забрањено прописом.
If the conditions under paragraph 1 hereof have not been fulfilled, the payer's payment service provider shall reject the execution of the payer's payment order and immediately inform the payer thereof, in the manner determined by the payment service agreement and, if possible, of the reasons for the rejection and the procedure for the correction of errors due to which the order was rejected, unless such notification is forbidden by a regulation.

Пружалац платне услуге не може да одбије извршење платног налога издатог у складу са овом одлуком само због тога што корисник платне услуге није печатом оверио платни налог из ове одлуке, осим ако на писмени захтев овог корисника није изричито уговорено да је пружалац платних услуга дужан да одбије извршење платног налога тог корисника који није оверен печатом.
A payment service provider may not refuse to execute a payment order issued in accordance with this Decision only if a payment service user did not verify the payment order hereof with a stamp unless it was explicitly agreed at the request in written of the payment service user, that the payment service provider is obliged to refuse to execute a payment order of that user if it is not verified with a stamp.
