(109) And WE certainly gave Moses the Book, but differences were created therein;
நிச்சயமாக நாம் மூஸாவுக்கு வேதத்தைக் கொடுத்தோம்; ஆனால், அதில் மாறுபாடுகள் செய்யப்பட்டு விட்டன;

Moses the Book.
மூஸாவிற்கு வேதத்தைக்.

And indeed, WE gave Moses the Book, but differences were created concerning it;
நிச்சயமாக நாம் மூஸாவுக்கு வேதத்தைக் கொடுத்தோம்; ஆனால், அதில் மாறுபாடுகள் செய்யப்பட்டு விட்டன;

Moses the Book.
மூஸாவுக்கு வேதத்தைக்.

And surely we have given Moses the Book(the Torah), so do not(you Muhammad) hesitate to accept it.
நிச்சயமாக நாம், மூஸாவுக்கு ஒரு வேதத்தை கொடுத்திருந்தோம், ஆகவே நபியே அவர் அதனை பெற்றதைப் பற்றி நீர் சந்தேகிக்காதீர்.

Moses the Book.
மூஸாவுக்கு வேதத்தையும்.

(III)* We gave Moses the Book, so do not be in any doubt about meeting it.
நிச்சயமாக நாம், மூஸாவுக்கு ஒரு வேதத்தை கொடுத்திருந்தோம், ஆகவே நபியே அவர் அதனை பெற்றதைப் பற்றி நீர் சந்தேகிக்காதீர்.

Moses the Book Torah.
மூஸாவிற்கு வேதத்தைக்.

Indeed, We gave Moses the Book; so be not in doubt concerning the encounter with him;
நிச்சயமாக நாம், மூஸாவுக்கு ஒரு வேதத்தை கொடுத்திருந்தோம், ஆகவே நபியே அவர் அதனை பெற்றதைப் பற்றி நீர் சந்தேகிக்காதீர்.

Moses the Book Torah.
மூஸாவுக்கு வேதத்தைக்.

And we gave Moses the book as the criterion so that you become the guided people.
இன்னும், நீங்கள் நேர்வழி பெறும்பொருட்டு நாம் மூஸாவுக்கு வேதத்தையும்( நன்மை தீமைகளைப் பிரித்து அறிவிக்கக்கூடிய) ஃபுர்க்கானையும் அளித்தோம்( என்பதையும் நினைவு கூறுங்கள்).

And We gave Moses the Book and made it a guidance to the Children of Israel(saying): Take no guardian beside Me-.
இன்னும், நாம் மூஸாவுக்கு வேதத்தைக் கொடுத்தோம்; நாம் அதை இஸ்ராயீலின் சந்ததிகளுக்கு வழிகாட்டியாக ஆக்கி,“ என்னையன்றி வேறு எவரையும் நீங்கள் பாதுகாவலனாக ஆக்கிக் கொள்ளாதீர்கள்( எனக் கட்டளையிட்டோம்).

And WE gave Moses the Book and WE made it a guidance for the Children of Israel, commanding,'Take ye no guardian beside ME.
இன்னும், நாம் மூஸாவுக்கு வேதத்தைக் கொடுத்தோம்; நாம் அதை இஸ்ராயீலின் சந்ததிகளுக்கு வழிகாட்டியாக ஆக்கி, 'என்னையன்றி வேறு எவரையும் நீங்கள் பாதுகாவலனாக ஆக்கிக் கொள்ளாதீர்கள்( எனக் கட்டளையிட்டோம்).

Moses the Book and the Illumination in order to your guidance.
நீங்கள் நேர்வழி மூஸாவுக்கு வேதத்தையும் ஃபுர்க்கானையும் என்பதையும்.

Arberry: And We gave Moses the Book, and made it a guidance to the Children of Israel:'Take not unto yourselves any guardian apart from Me.'.
இன்னும், நாம் மூஸாவுக்கு வேதத்தைக் கொடுத்தோம்; நாம் அதை இஸ்ராயீலின் சந்ததிகளுக்கு வழிகாட்டியாக ஆக்கி, 'என்னையன்றி வேறு எவரையும் நீங்கள் பாதுகாவலனாக ஆக்கிக் கொள்ளாதீர்கள்( எனக் கட்டளையிட்டோம்).

We gave Moses the Book, but disputes arose concerning it. Were it not for a prior decree from your Lord, judgment would have been pronounced between them. But they are in perplexing doubt concerning it.
நிச்சயமாக நாம் மூஸாவுக்கு வேதத்தைக் கொடுத்தோம் ஆனால், அதில் மாறுபாடுகள் செய்யப்பட்டு விட்டன அன்றியும் உமது இறைவனிடமிருந்து ஏற்கனவே வாக்கு ஏற்படாது போய் இருந்தால், அவர்களுக்கிடையே தீர்ப்பு அளிக்கப்பட்டே இருக்கும்- நிச்சயமாக அவர்கள் உம் ஆழ்ந்த சந்தேகத்தில் ஏயே இ இருக்கினறனர்.

We gave Moses the Book and made it a guide for the Israelites, saying:'Take no other guardian than Myself.
நாம் மூஸாவுக்கு வேதத்தைக் கொடுத்தோம்; நாம் அதை இஸ்ராயீலின் சந்ததிகளுக்கு வழிகாட்டியாக ஆக்கி,“ என்னையன்றி வேறு எவரையும் நீங்கள் பாதுகாவலனாக ஆக்கிக் கொள்ளாதீர்கள்( எனக் கட்டளையிட்டோம்).

நாம் மூஸாவுக்கு வேதத்தைக் கொடுத்தோம்; நாம் அதை இஸ்ராயீலின் சந்ததிகளுக்கு வழிகாட்டியாக ஆக்கி, 'என்னையன்றி வேறு எவரையும் நீங்கள் பாதுகாவலனாக ஆக்கிக் கொள்ளாதீர்கள்( எனக் கட்டளையிட்டோம்).

We gave Moses the book and We made it guidance for the Children of Israel:"Do not pick any protector besides Me.".
நாம் மூஸாவுக்கு வேதத்தைக் கொடுத்தோம்; நாம் அதை இஸ்ராயீலின் சந்ததிகளுக்கு வழிகாட்டியாக ஆக்கி, 'என்னையன்றி வேறு எவரையும் நீங்கள் பாதுகாவலனாக ஆக்கிக் கொள்ளாதீர்கள்( எனக் கட்டளையிட்டோம்).

We gave Moses the Book, and made it a guide for the Children of Israel-[saying,]‘Do not take any trustee besides Me'-.
நாம் மூஸாவுக்கு வேதத்தைக் கொடுத்தோம்; நாம் அதை இஸ்ராயீலின் சந்ததிகளுக்கு வழிகாட்டியாக ஆக்கி, 'என்னையன்றி வேறு எவரையும் நீங்கள் பாதுகாவலனாக ஆக்கிக் கொள்ளாதீர்கள்( எனக் கட்டளையிட்டோம்).

We gave Moses the Book and made it a guide for the Children of Israel saying,"Do not take anyone besides Me as a guardian.
நாம் மூஸாவுக்கு வேதத்தைக் கொடுத்தோம்; நாம் அதை இஸ்ராயீலின் சந்ததிகளுக்கு வழிகாட்டியாக ஆக்கி, 'என்னையன்றி வேறு எவரையும் நீங்கள் பாதுகாவலனாக ஆக்கிக் கொள்ளாதீர்கள்( எனக் கட்டளையிட்டோம்).

We gave Moses the Book, and made it a guidance for the children of Israel that they should not take another protector apart from Me.
நாம் மூஸாவுக்கு வேதத்தைக் கொடுத்தோம்; நாம் அதை இஸ்ராயீலின் சந்ததிகளுக்கு வழிகாட்டியாக ஆக்கி, 'என்னையன்றி வேறு எவரையும் நீங்கள் பாதுகாவலனாக ஆக்கிக் கொள்ளாதீர்கள்( எனக் கட்டளையிட்டோம்).

We gave Moses the Book, and made it a source of guidance for the Children of Israel, commanding:"Take no other Guardian beside Me.".
நாம் மூஸாவுக்கு வேதத்தைக் கொடுத்தோம்; நாம் அதை இஸ்ராயீலின் சந்ததிகளுக்கு வழிகாட்டியாக ஆக்கி, 'என்னையன்றி வேறு எவரையும் நீங்கள் பாதுகாவலனாக ஆக்கிக் கொள்ளாதீர்கள்( எனக் கட்டளையிட்டோம்).

We granted Moses the Book and made it a guidance for the Children of Israel,(commanding them):"Take, apart from Me, no guardian(one to rely on and to whom affairs should be entrusted).".
இன்னும், நாம் மூஸாவுக்கு வேதத்தைக் கொடுத்தோம்; நாம் அதை இஸ்ராயீலின் சந்ததிகளுக்கு வழிகாட்டியாக ஆக்கி,“ என்னையன்றி வேறு எவரையும் நீங்கள் பாதுகாவலனாக ஆக்கிக் கொள்ளாதீர்கள்( எனக் கட்டளையிட்டோம்).

And We gave Moses the Book; and there was difference regarding it, and but for a word that preceded from thy Lord, it had been decided between them; and they are in doubt of it disquieting.
நிச்சயமாக நாம் மூஸாவுக்கு வேதத்தை கொடுத்தோம். அதில் கருத்து வேறுபாடு கொள்ளப்பட்டது; உமது இறைவனிடமிருந்து முந்தி விட் வாக்கு இல்லை என்றால் இவர்கள் மத்தியிலே முடிவு செய்யப் பட்ட் இருக்கும். நிச்சயமாக இவர்கள் இதை( குர்ஆனை) ப் பற்றி சந்தேகத்தில் ஏயே இருக்கின்றனர்.

And We gave Moses the Book; and there was difference concerning it, and but for a Word that preceded from thy Lord, it had been decided between them; and they are in doubt of it disquieting.
நிச்சயமாக நாம் மூஸாவுக்கு வேதத்தைக் கொடுத்தோம் ஆனால், அதில் மாறுபாடுகள் செய்யப்பட்டு விட்டன அன்றியும் உமது இறைவனிடமிருந்து ஏற்கனவே வாக்கு ஏற்படாது போய் இருந்தால், அவர்களுக்கிடையே தீர்ப்பு அளிக்கப்பட்டே இருக்கும்- நிச்சயமாக அவர்கள் உம் ஆழ்ந்த சந்தேகத்தில் ஏயே இ இருக்கினறனர்.

Certainly We gave Moses the Book, but differences arose about it, and were it not for a prior decree of your Lord, a decision would have been made between them; indeed they are in grave doubt concerning it.
நிச்சயமாக நாம் மூஸாவுக்கு வேதத்தை கொடுத்தோம். அதில் கருத்து வேறுபாடு கொள்ளப்பட்டது; உமது இறைவனிடமிருந்து முந்தி விட் வாக்கு இல்லை என்றால் இவர்கள் மத்தியிலே முடிவு செய்யப் பட்ட் இருக்கும். நிச்சயமாக இவர்கள் இதை( குர்ஆனை) ப் பற்றி சந்தேகத்தில் ஏயே இருக்கின்றனர்.
