Or you say:"If the Book was sent to us we would have been more guided than they!".

我确已将正道赐予穆萨，我确已使以色列的后裔继承天经，.
And We had certainly given Moses guidance, and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit the Scripture.

又说：“信奉天经的人啊！你们对于自己的宗教不要过分，对于安拉不要说无理的话。
Say:'0 people of the Book, do not be excessive in your religion'”(Koran 4:171).

我确已赏赐易卜拉欣的后裔天经和智慧，我又赏赐他们一个广大的国土。
But We had already given the people of Abraham the Book and Wisdom, and conferred upon them a great kingdom.

你对曾受天经的人和不识字的人说：“你们已经归顺（成为穆斯林）了吗?
And say unto those who have received the Scripture and those who read not: Have ye(too) surrendered?

我确已赏赐易卜拉欣的后裔天经和智慧，我又赏赐他们一个广大的国土。
But indeed We have given to Ibrahim's children the Book and the wisdom, and We have given them a grand kingdom.

或者说：“假若天经被降示于我们，那末，我们必定比他们更能遵循正道。
Or you should say,‘Had the Book been sent down unto us, we would have been better guided than they.'.

我降示天经），以免你们说：天经只被降示我们以前的两伙人，我们对于他们所诵习的经典，确是疏忽的。
Lest you say that the Book was only revealed to two parties before us and We were truly unaware of what they read.

真主赐你天经和智慧﹐并以你所不知道的义理教导你。
Allah revealed unto you(Muhammad) the Scripture and Wisdom, and taught you that which you knew not."(an-Nissa' 4/113).

一切市镇，在复活日之前，我都要加以毁灭，或加以严厉的惩罚，这是记录在天经里的。
There is not a town[community] but We shall destroy or sternly punish it before the Day of Judgement. That is recorded in the Book.

真主降示你天经和智慧，并以你所不知道的（义理）教导你。
