Only under these circumstances can I genuinely uphold my recommendation that discharge be granted to these two institutions.
As I was saying, the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice andHome Affairs has recommended that discharge be granted to.
Mr President, the Court of Auditors has not recommended that discharge be granted to the Commission for 1999, just as it did not for previous years either.
I have recommended that discharge be granted to three agencies: the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions, the European Agency for Reconstruction and Cedefop.
In the meantime, the rapporteur and the committee have carried out detailed work andare now proposing that discharge be granted to the Committee of the Regions for 2001.
The Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice andHome Affairs has asked that discharge be granted to the Commission, as well as to the five Community agencies that lie within its competencies.
