General disorders and reactions at the injection site.
Local reactions at the injection site are common and normally resolve within 4 weeks.
Temporary local reactions at the injection site, such as pain, numbness, reddening.
Common side effects- likely to affect up to 10 in every 100 patients• headache• reactions at the injection site including pain, swelling, itching and redness.
Local reactions at the injection site(e. g. erythema, swelling and pruritus) have been reported.

In rare cases, you may notice any of the following side effects after administration of KOGENATE Bayer 250 IU:• rash/ itchy rash,local reactions at the injection site( e. g. burning sensation, temporary redness)• hypersensitivityreactions( e. g. tightness of the chest/ general feeling of being unwell, dizziness and nausea and mildly reduced blood pressure, which may make you feel faint upon standing)• unusual taste in the mouth• fever.
