To examine and take appropriate action oninformation regarding alleged violations or noncompliance with the measures contained in the present resolution;
Recommends that, should any of the proposals contained in the present resolution result in budgetary implications for the biennium 1994-1995, such additional costs should be accommodated within the appropriation level approved by the General Assembly for this biennium;
Draft statute for the United Nations Administrative Tribunal that reflects the decisions contained in the present resolution and its resolution 61/261;
Expresses its readiness to consider progressive suspension of the measures contained in the present resolution and earlier relevant resolutions, based on progress in the implementation of the Governors Island Agreement and the restoration of democracy in Haiti;
Requests the Acting Executive Director to convey the views of the Commission on Human Settlements, as contained in the present resolution, to the Secretary-General.

Further requests the Executive Director to report to the Commission on Human Settlements at its fifteenth session on the implementation of the recommendations contained in the present resolution.
Requests the Secretary-General to submit to the Commission, on a yearly basis,a report on the implementation of the recommendations contained in the present resolution as well as in the other Economic and Social Council resolutions on the assessment of the quantitative and qualitative progress made in the implementation of and follow-up to the outcomes of the World Summit;
Stresses that field offices in any new recipient country shall be based on the relevant provisions of General Assembly resolutions, including those contained in the present resolution.
Approves the follow-up of the resolutions and recommendations concerning the topics of the Ninth Congress, as contained in the present resolution, and requests the Secretary-General to implement them in accordance with work plans of implementation and with the rules and regulations of the United Nations, including financial and programme planning rules and regulations, in the context of the priority themes determined by the Council in section VI of its resolution 1992/22 of 30 July 1992.
Requests all States to report to the Secretary-General by 6 June 1994 on the measures they have instituted in implementation of the measures contained in the present resolution and earlier relevant resolutions; .
Requests the Secretary-General to report to the Committee on Information at its twenty-seventh session and to the General Assembly at its sixtieth session on the activities of the Department of Public Information andon the implementation of the recommendations contained in the present resolution;
Invites all international financial, trade, development and other related institutions and agencies, in particular those associatedwith the United Nations, to take fully into account the views contained in the present resolution, and pronouncements under international law on the practice of forced eviction;
Requests the Secretary-General to report to the Committee on Information at its thirty-fifth session and to the General Assembly at its sixty-eighth session on the activities of the Department of Public Information andon the implementation of all recommendations and requests contained in the present resolution;
Reminds all international financial, trade, development and other related institutions and agencies, including member or donor States that have voting rights within such bodies,to take fully into account the views contained in the present resolution and the obligations under international human rights and humanitarian law onthe practice of forced eviction;
Requests the Secretary-General to report to the Committee on Information at its twenty-first session, in 1999, and to the General Assembly at its fifty-fourth session, in 1999, on the activities of the Department of Public Information andon the implementation of the recommendations contained in the present resolution;
Recognizes the major role of the Economic and Social Council, within its Charter mandate, in the overall coordination of funds, programmes and specialized agencies, andin this regard looks forward to its review and assessment of the progress in the implementation of the provisions contained in the present resolution, through the operational activities segment of its annual substantive sessions;
