(4) Dacă Comisia este notificată de un stat membru cu privire la faptul că anchetele ulterioare au exonerat de implicarea în nereguli o persoană fizică sau juridică al cărei nume a fost transmis în conformitate cu prezentul regulament, Comisia notifică fără întârziere toate părţile cărora le-au fost transmise aceste date personale pe baza prezentului regulament.
