The grubbing up of vineyards used illegally;

Grubbed up trees shall be rendered unsuitable for replanting.
In return, they should be granted a premium per hectare of grubbed up vines.
(b) The vines planted on such areas shall be grubbed up.

Vineyards grubbed up will qualify as an eligible area under the Single Payment Scheme and be granted the average regional decoupled direct payment.
