WHO has also developed an Indicator and Metadata Registry to help ensure harmonization of indicator definitions, promote availability of metadata, and facilitate data and metadata exchange using SDMX standards.
The work of CIS STAT on indicators involves harmonization of the system of indicators based on the international recommendations.
