Many members of the Committee were presentlast spring when Mr. Stephen Rademaker, United States Assistant Secretary of State for Arms Control, briefed the Preparatory Committee for the 2005 Review Conference of the Parties to the NPT about United States actions in compliance with Article VI, and I would like to follow up on those remarks.
