خلف علي الخلف؛ ولد في 10 تشرين الثاني/ نوفمبر 1969 في الرقة، وهو شاعر وكاتب سوري. عاش في المملكة العربية السعودية منذ عام 1993 حتى عام 2001، ثم في العام نفسه انتقل إلى اليونان وبقي هناك حتى صيف عام 2002. وعاد إلى سوريا وعاد إلى المملكة العربية السعودية مرة أخرى. في ربيع عام 2008 غادر المملكة العربية السعودية، وذهب إلى مصر وبقي في الإسكندرية. وهو في السويد منذ عام 2014
