إذ تشير إلى قرارها ٥٣/١٤٢ باء المؤرخ ١٢ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٨٠، الذي أدخل نظام اﻷمم المتحدة لﻻبﻻغ الموحد عن النفقات العسكرية، وقراريها ٤٨/٦٢ المؤرخ ١٦ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٣، الذي طلبت فيه الى جميع الدول اﻷعضاء اﻻشتراك في ذلك النظام، و ٤٧/٥٤ باء المؤرخ ٩ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٢، الذي أيدت فيه المبادئ التوجيهية والتوصيات المتعلقة بالمعلومات الموضوعية عن المسائل العسكرية،ودعت فيه الدول اﻷعضاء الى تزويد اﻷمين العام بالمعلومات ذات الصلة فيما يتعلق بتنفيذهاThese instruments, as well as the Recommendation Concerning Education for International Understanding, Cooperation and Peace and Education relating to Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms(1974)are monitored by way of periodic collection of information as regards their implementation in the member States.
