This redeployment is described in the twenty-first report of the Secretary-General on UNAMSIL(S/2004/228, paras. 83 and 90) and concerns one Disarmament, Demobilization, Rehabilitation and Reintegration Adviser(P-4) from the DDR Management Unit, one Gender Adviser(P-4) from the Human Rights Office and one HIV/AIDS Adviser(P-4) from the Policy and Planning Section.
(c) Redeployment of one P-5 post to accommodate the newlycreated functions of the Chief of the Security Section. This redeployment is proposed to strengthen safety and security of UNMIK personnel following the March 2004 riots in Kosovo and in connection with the implementation of the minimum operating security standards, the Department of Peacekeeping Operations Mission Security Management Standard Operating Procedures and maintaining a flow of information to that Department ' s Desk Officers, the Situation Centre and the United Nations Security Coordinator.
This redeployment will provide additional support in the processing of administrative-related tasks, which will include managing the Director ' s calendar, responding to information requests and inquiries, establishing an e-filing system aimed at improving the overall efficiency of the Office, attending meetings and drafting minutes as well as monitoring follow-up activities, and performing any other ad hoc duties as required.
