Issue guidelines in accordance with Article 16 of Regulation(EU) No 1093/2010 on the setting of conversion rates.
EBA may issue guidelines in accordance with Article 16 of Regulation(EU) No 1093/2010 in order to ensure that those penalties are effective, proportionate and dissuasive.
