Prior to the start of and during loading orunloading operations the terminal representative shall.
The master and the terminal representative shall conduct the loading or unloading operations in accordance with the agreed plan.
Upon receipt of the ship's initial notification of its estimated time of arrival, the terminal representative shall provide the master with the information mentioned in Annex V.

Though in practice this would be possible, the terminal representative, being the counterpart of the"designated person" under the ISM Code7, should be fixed and the person so designated should have the overall responsibility for the compliance of the terminal with its obligations under Annex VI.
