Before the vote, Mr Elles wishes to propose certain technical amendments.
However, certain technical amendments are deemed necessary to improve the clarity and functioning of the Regulation.

The purpose of the Regulation is to extend application of Regulations(EC)No 3355/94,(EC) No 3356/94 and(EC) No 3357/94 until 31 December 1996 subject to certain technical amendments.
