Overall, based on the performance information available,we estimate that from a total of €234 million of variable tranche payments reviewed, we found discrepancies for €16.7 million.
The Commission considered that it was sufficient for it to rely on an assessment of Vanuatu's overall progress in public finance management reform(a general eligibility condition)to disburse the variable tranche.
