Existing application andprior authorization forms may continue to be used, however, until 30 June 1996.

Any of the forms referred to in Article 1(69),(72),(75) and(79)in use before the date of the entry into force of this Regulation may continue to be used, subject to the necessary editorial changes being made, until stocks run out or until 31 December 2002.
