Countersign the transhipment declaration; and.
The transhipment declaration shall be submitted if possible by electronic means.

In these waters the landing or transhipment declaration as shown in Annex III shall be used.
The transhipment declaration provided for by Article 7 of Regulation(EEC) No 2057/82 shall be completed as shown in Annex I, except for the waters in NAFO 1 and ICES V a and XIV.
The flag Member State shall forward immediately upon receipt the transhipment declarations to the port Member State concerned.
The transhipment declaration shall be signed by both the masters concerned and the original of the T2M form shall be given to the master of the vessel to which the products or goods are transhipped.
The masters, or their representatives, of both the transhipping andthe receiving vessel shall submit a transhipment declaration, as soon as possible and not later than 24 hours after transhipment. .
If the submission is by electronic means, the transhipment declaration shall be submitted only to the flag Member State even where the transhipment shall take place in a port of another Member State.
The master of the receiving carrier vessel shall,48 hours before landing, transmit to the competent authorities of the State where the landing is to take place the ICCAT transhipment declaration, along with its number in the ICCAT record of carrier vessels.
Verify the data contained in the transhipment declaration, including through comparison with the LSPLV logbook, where possible;
The ICCAT observer shall be tasked to verify compliance with this Chapter, and, notably,whether the transhipped quantities are consistent with the reported catch in the ICCAT transhipment declaration and with the catches recorded in the fishing vessel logbook.
The transhipment declaration shall indicate the quantity of fishery products by species that has been transhipped, the date and place of each catch, the names of the vessels involved and the ports of transhipment and destination.
In the case of transhipment of the catch referred to in Article 329(b) or of the resulting products referred to in Article 330, box 9 of the original andcopy of the T2M document shall also be completed and the transhipment declaration shall be signed by the two masters concerned.
The contact point details for the transmission or submission of logbooks,prior notifications, transhipment declarations, landing declarations, sales notes, take over declarations and transport documents as referred to in Articles14, 17, 18, 21, 54, 57 and 58;
The master of the receiving carrier vessel shall, within 24 hours of the completion of the transhipment, complete and transmit to the ICCAT Secretariat, to the flag CPC of the large scalepelagic longline vessel and to its flag Member State the ICCAT transhipment declaration, along with its number in the ICCAT record of carrier vessels.
They may in particular request the presentation of the logbook, landing declarations, catch certificate, transhipment declaration, sales notes, business records and other relevant documents from fishermen, fishing companies and companies transporting, processing or trading in fisheries products.
In the case of a second transhipment of the catch referred to in Article 329(b) or the resulting products referred to in Article 330, or in the case of transhipment of the resulting products referred to in Article 332,box 11 of the original of the T2M document shall also be completed and the transhipment declaration shall be signed by the two masters concerned.
Each Member State shall carry out cross-checks on all landings, all transhipments or cagings between the quantities by species recorded in the fishing vessels logbook orquantities by species recorded in the transfer or transhipment declaration and the quantities recorded in the landing declaration or caging declaration, and any other relevant document, such as an invoice and/or sales notes in line with Article 109 of Regulation EC(No) 1224/2009.
Member States shall require that the species covered by the statistical document programs caught by large scale pelagic longline vessels in the ICCAT Convention area, when imported into their area or territory,are accompanied by statistical documents validated for the vessels on the ICCAT list of large scale pelagic longline vessels authorised to tranship at sea and a copy of the ICCAT transhipment declaration.
By derogation from Article 21 and 22 of Regulation(EC) No 1224/2009 Masters of a Union fishing vessel shall, independently of its length, complete andsend the ICCAT transhipment declaration to the competent authorities of the Member State whose flag the fishing vessel is flying.
