The drafting of the report followed several themes, because Covenant items are not to be reviewed separately, but rather intertwine issues in the fields of economy, social policy,scientific developments, art and culture in a member country.
The report was prepared by the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare of Montenegro, in close cooperation with all the main ministries and institutions that had needed indicators for the full coverage of all the different aspects of the Covenant such as economy, social policy,scientific developments, art and culture in a member country.
