The Bank cannot be responsible for unauthorised,non-executed or incorrectly executed transactions by PrePaid non-rechargeable card.
If unique identifier provided by the payment service user to paymentservice provider is incorrect, payment service pro-vider shall not be liable for non-executed or incorrectly executed payment transaction.
The Bank is not liable for non-executed or incorrectly executed payment transaction, if the User submitted payment order with incorrect Unique Identifier of the payee.
The Bank will refund all fees andcosts that it collected from the Payment service user for the unexecuted or incorrectly executed payment transaction.

Liability of an Intermediary for Non-executed or Incorrectly Executed Payment Transactions The payment service provider shall be liable to the payment service user for a non-executed or incorrectly executed payment transaction even if the liability is attributable to an intermediary participating in the execution of that payment transaction among payment service providers.
If the User provides the Bank an incorrect unique identifier or otherwise inaccurate orincorrect important part of payment order, the Bank shall not be liable to the User for non-executed or incorrectly executed payment transaction.
The Bank shall be liable for unexecuted or incorrectly executed payment transaction in foreign currency and dinars abroad, initiated by the Payment service user, provided that the account of the provider of payment service of the Payment beneficiary, has not been credited in accordance with the Time schedule for the execution of payment transactions in foreign currency and dinars abroad.
If the term for the execution of payment transaction expires, the provisions of the Framework Agreement, or the General Business Regulations that govern the responsibility andthe refund for not executed or incorrectly executed transaction shall apply.
Liability for Non-executed or Incorrectly Executed Payment Transaction Initiated by Payee or Payer through PayeeArticle 24 If payment transaction has been initiated by payee or payer through payee, the Bank shall, as payee's payment service provider, be liable to payee for the correct submission of payment order to payer's payment service provider.
If the Bank provides evidence that the payment service provider of the payment service provider has been approved for the amount of the payment transaction,the liability for the non-executed or incorrectly executed transaction is transferred to that payment service provider.
User's request for correct execution of payment transaction The User shall notify the bank on unauthorized,unexecuted or incorrectly executed payment transaction, i.e. request correct execution of payment transaction immediately after becoming aware of such payment transaction, and provide that such notification, i.e. request is submitted within 13 months from the debit date.
In the event the payment transaction is improperly executed or not executed because the submitted unique identifier was incorrect, the Bank, as the payment services provider,shall not be held liable for the unexecuted or incorrectly executed payment transaction.
INFORMATION ON SAFETY AND OTHER MEASURE RELATED TO EXECUTION OF PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS 5.1. Liability for unauthorized,non-executed or incorrectly executed payment transaction Payment service user shall notify the Bank on any unauthorized, non-executed or incorrectly executed payment transaction immediately after becoming aware of such transaction, and within 13(thirteen) months from the date the Account has been debited.
Payment service provider shall, in accordance with this Article, ensure to return its payment service user the amount of any fees charged to payment service user, as well as to return orpay the amount of any fees entitled to such user rela-ting to non-executed or incorrectly executed payment transaction.
If the Bank failed to provide information about payment transaction to the User,the Bank is liable for non-executed or incorrectly executed and unauthorized payment transaction and shall refund the amount to the User even after provided period of 13(thirteen) months has expired, if the User notifies it on non-executed or incorrectly executed and unauthorized payment transaction immediately after it becomes aware of the transaction.
If it is determined that the Bank is liable for non-executed or incorrectly executed payment transaction, it shall, immediately upon being aware thereof, return the amount of non-executed or incorrectly executed payment transaction to payer, i.e. return payer's payment account to the balance it would have had unless incorrect payment transaction has been executed, except if the payment service User has requested correct payment transaction execution.
If the Bank failed to provide information about payment transaction to the User,the Bank is liable for non-executed or incorrectly executed and unauthorized payment transaction and shall refund the amount to the User even after provided period of 13(thirteen) months has expired, if the User notifies it on non-executed or incorrectly executed and unauthorized payment transaction immediately after it becomes aware of the transaction.
Obligation to Trace Funds in Case of Non-executed or Incorrectly Executed Payment Transactions In case of a non-executed or incorrectly executed payment transaction, the payment service provider shall, regardless of the liability for correct execution of a payment transaction, on request of its payment service user, take immediate and adequate steps to trace the funds and notify the user about the outcome of measures taken without undue delay.
User's request for correct execution ofpayment transactionThe User shall notify the bank on unauthorized, non-executed or incorrectly executed payment transaction, i.e. request correct execution of payment transaction immediately after becoming aware of such payment transaction, and provide that such notification, i.e. request is submitted within 13 months from the debit date.
In accordance with law,the Bank shall refund the amount of unexecuted or incorrectly executed and unauthorized payment transaction to the User or provide correct execution of payment transaction, if the User reported unexecuted or incorrectly executed and unauthorized payment transaction to the Bank, i.e. if the User requests correct execution of payment transaction, immediately after becoming aware of the payment transaction, provided that such notification, i.e. such request are submitted within 13(thirteen) months from debit date.
The Bank is not liable for non-execute or incorrectly execute payment transaction, if the User submitted payment order with incorrect Unique Identifier of the payee.
