III ACTION PLAN RELATED PROJECTS While developing the AP 24 it was envisaged to benefit from the European Union pre-accession funds(IPA) and other kinds of international assistance as sources of financing certain activities, namely: IPA 2012 project"Police Reform andMigration Management"- component 2, envisaging legal migration related activities-"Migration" subchapter.
At the consultative partof the works hop, the expert used examples of activities defined for subchapters to discuss with subchapter coordinators and members of the working groups the need to thoroughly assess the costs for each individual activity(even if it is within the scope of regula r activities of authorities) through identification of needs of each unit involved in the implementation of activities.
Priority activities within the AP24 are completely harmonized with the priority activities to be financed by the IPA II cycle,due to engagement of representatives of the MoI Department for Managing EU-funded Projects 7 in the work on subchapters, as well as due to continuous consultations with the EU Integration Office of the Republic of Serbia.
IMPLEMENTATION OF ANTI-CORRUPTION MEASURES 2.1.1.1. Amending the Decision which established the Coordination Body for the implementation of the Action Plan for the Implementation of the National Anti-Corruption Strategy in the Republic of Serbia in the period 2013- 2018 by extending the competencies of the Coordination Body to the coordination of implementation of this Action Plan for Chapter 23, Subchapter fight against corruption.
A decision was made to appoint Head ofthe Strategic Plan ning Bureau of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Serbia as Coordinator for the development of AP 24; coordinators for each subchapter were also appointed and it was decided that employees of the Strategic Planning Bureau, Finance and Budgeting Department and IPA-funded Projects Department in the Ministry of the Interior would provide expert assistance in the development o f AP 24 for each subchapter.
