Customize your Business Contact Manager forms through user-defined fields.
Your customizations, including user-defined fields, groups, and their positions are saved as a. bcmx file.
Customizations can include updated lists for existing fields, and new user-defined fields.
This file type includes user-defined fields, custom forms(or record types), layouts and reports.
In the drop-down list at the topof the Field Chooser dialog box, select User-defined fields in folder.
