Law on Employment and Insurance in Case of Unemployment, adopted in 2009, which also provides for gender equality and protection against discrimination;

The Law on Employment and Insurance in Case of Unemployment and the Law on Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Disabled Persons, which entered into force on 23 May 2009, are based on the principles against discrimination and gender equality.
